Wir tun dies mittels persönlichen Gesprächen und individuellen Assignments, die auf den neuesten Organisations- und Sozial-psychologischen Erkennntissen basieren sowie in-person mit einer 360-Umfrage sowie virtuell mit Hilfe des Myers-Briggs-Typenindikators (MBTI). Der Zeitrahmen des Assessments ist ca. 9 Wochen.

We do this by personal conversations and individual assignments based on the latest organizational and social psychological insights, as well as with the help of in-person 360-surveys and virtually with the the Myers-Briggs type indicator (MBTI). The assessment timeframe is roughly 9 weeks.
